Can I choose a delivery date myself?
After entering the delivery address, you can choose the delivery date yourself. Our system indicates the first possible delivery date, you can also choose another date.
Can I combine products?
You can! If you see a beautiful bouquet and nice balloon, you can have them both delivered to the same address. Keep in mind that the order will be split. This means that the bouquet is delivered by our local florist. An example the balloon is delivered by the delivery service. As a result, it may not arrive at the same time, to avoid confusion, we put your personal card on both products.
Can I order for multiple addresses at once?
This is unfortunately not possible in 1 order, if you have a large business order, please send an email. We will then send you a handy Excel form into which you can paste all the data.
Can I send anonymously?
Yes, you can choose to send your order anonymously. Please note, we take over the text on the card verbatim. So do not put your name on the card. We never provide personal data to third parties
Can I still cancel my order?
You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been processed. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it may be that costs are involved, or that cancellation is no longer possible.
Can I track my order?
Yes, that's possible! The order confirmation contains a link with which you can track your order.
Do I need an account to order?
If you order as a private individual, it is not possible to create an account. You simply order without logging in or difficult passwords. You can always track the current status of your order via the link in the order confirmation.
You also do not need to create an account for business orders, but if you order regularly, it is advisable to request a business account. You can then order even more easily and benefit from even more benefits.
How do I place an order?
That is very easy, you can order without an account by adding products to the shopping cart. If you have everything, continue to fill in the card and the delivery details.
I have made a mistake. Can I still change that?
You can still make adjustments to your order as long as it has not yet been processed. Sending an email with the order number as subject is the easiest, we will let you know as soon as possible if we can make the adjustment.
When can you deliver?
Flowers and bouquets can be delivered from Monday to Saturday. Order on working days before 2 p.m. and we will deliver the same day. Delivery is also possible after 2 p.m., first check the zip code to see if delivery is still possible. After 3 p.m., no same-day delivery is possible. Order before 12pm on Saturday for same day delivery.
You can have our gifts delivered from Monday to Sunday. Order before 11 a.m. on working days and we will deliver the same day. We do not deliver the same day on Saturday, but if you order before 12:00 we can deliver on Sunday. Of course you can also choose a different delivery date in the future.
NB! Different delivery options apply on public holidays and special flower days.
We deliver gifts via courier service, if you order at the last minute for delivery on the same day, we will ensure that your order is packed quickly and offered to the delivery service. They will deliver your order in 98% on the delivery date specified by you.
Some delivery services offer the option to adjust delivery times and or the delivery date. Please note that adjustments can cause delays! If your package has been delayed as a result, the right to warranty will lapse.
Where can I find my invoice or order confirmation?
You can find this in your mailbox, when your order has been completed we will automatically send the confirmation. The invoice is also sent automatically, directly with online payments. After 1-2 days with post-payment. If you have a business account, you can also find this information in your account.
Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Yes, as soon as you have completed your order, you will immediately receive an automatic e-mail confirmation from us. Check it carefully and send us any corrections as soon as possible.
Then we can see if we can still change this.
