Warranty and complaints

Complaints processing.

  • Indicate the order number so that we can respond quickly;
  • report a complaint about flowers or fruit within eight days after the delivery date;
  • send a digital photo stating the order number to;
  • if you have a complaint about a gift item, please report this as soon as possible, but no later than eight weeks after the delivery date;
  • your complaint will be dealt with as soon as possible. You will receive a response within a week.


Returning shipments

  • You can return products to Burg. Meijboomstraat 23 2231LA Rijnsburg stating the order number, delivery date and delivery address;
  • does not bear the costs of returning it;
  • fresh products such as flowers, fruit baskets, helium balloons cannot be returned due to their shelf life;
  • gift items such as wine, champagne and cuddly toys must be returned within fourteen days of receipt. Wine and champagne must be returned with the supplied box. The label must not be damaged;
  • other gift items must be returned in their original condition;
  • deBloemist confirms the receipt of the returned product by sending an email to the buyer;
  • the orderer will receive the entire order amount, including the paid delivery costs, within fourteen days.
