When can you deliver?
Flowers and bouquets can be delivered from Monday to Saturday. Order on working days before 2 p.m. and we will deliver the same day. Delivery is also possible after 2 p.m., first check the zip code to see if delivery is still possible. After 3 p.m., no same-day delivery is possible. Order before 12pm on Saturday for same day delivery.
You can have our gifts delivered from Monday to Sunday. Order before 11 a.m. on working days and we will deliver the same day. We do not deliver the same day on Saturday, but if you order before 12:00 we can deliver on Sunday. Of course you can also choose a different delivery date in the future.
NB! Different delivery options apply on public holidays and special flower days.
We deliver gifts via courier service, if you order at the last minute for delivery on the same day, we will ensure that your order is packed quickly and offered to the delivery service. They will deliver your order in 98% on the delivery date specified by you.
Some delivery services offer the option to adjust delivery times and or the delivery date. Please note that adjustments can cause delays! If your package has been delayed as a result, the right to warranty will lapse.
What happens if the recipient is not at home?
If the recipient is not at home, an attempt will be made to deliver the package to the neighbours. The recipient receives a note in the mailbox with the address where the package has been delivered. If it is also not possible to deliver the package to the neighbors. Then it will be tried again at a later time. A note will also be left in the mailbox.
Until what time can I order for delivery today?
That depends on the product you want to order and the time you order. Our system always shows the first possible delivery option.
Order your bouquet on working days before 2 p.m. for delivery today. After 2 p.m. we first do a zip code check to see if a local florist still delivers. After 3 p.m. it is no longer possible to order for delivery today. On Saturday you can order until 12:00 for delivery today.
Order your gifts on working days before 11:00 AM for delivery today. We cannot deliver gifts on Saturday for delivery today.

My order has not arrived, what now?
It is possible that your order is still on its way, or that it has already been offered but that the delivery has not yet been successful. First look at the overview page of your order, here you will find the latest information about your order. If you still have a question, feel free to contact us and we will answer it as soon as possible.
I have made a mistake. Can I still change that?
You can still make adjustments to your order as long as it has not yet been processed. Sending an email with the order number as subject is the easiest, we will let you know as soon as possible if we can make the adjustment.
Can I track my order?
Yes, that's possible! The order confirmation contains a link with which you can track your order.
Can I order for multiple addresses at once?
This is unfortunately not possible in 1 order, if you have a large business order, please send an email. We will then send you a handy Excel form into which you can paste all the data.
Can I choose a delivery date myself?
After entering the delivery address, you can choose the delivery date yourself. Our system indicates the first possible delivery date, you can also choose another date.
Can I add a card to my order?
If you have placed a bouquet or gift item in your shopping cart. You can add a card with personal text in step 2.
