Deliver on Valentines Day

Valentine’s Day is one of the busiest days of the year, also for delivery services. Due to this huge crowds, it is not possible to guarantee delivery times, so it is also not possible to choose a time shipment on Valentine’s Day. Remarks that are placed with an order regarding delivery times are taken into account as much as possible, but no guarantee is given about this.

Valentine’s Day packages are offered on February 14, between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. (In very exceptional cases, these times may be deviated from)
PLEASE NOTE: If you order a gift from our range after 4:45 PM on Tuesday 13 February, your order will be delivered after 6 PM on Valentine’s Day. (Flowers are delivered during the day by the local florist)

Our gifts for Valentine’s Day are sent with courier services, they deliver 95% of the shipments on the delivery date chosen by the customer. We cannot give a 100% guarantee for the delivery of your order.

Delivery to business addresses

As indicated earlier, the delivery service cannot guarantee delivery times, including for business addresses. The delivery service does its utmost to deliver business addresses before 5 p.m. as much as possible. We are therefore not responsible if a company has already closed or if the recipient is no longer present. That is why we advise to have orders delivered to a private address instead of a business address.

Not at home

If the recipient is not at home, the nearest neighbors will try to deliver it. A card is always left with the recipient.

Modify/cancel order

If you want to change or cancel an order, you can do so until the order has been processed. Once the order has been processed, it is no longer possible to make any adjustments. You can inquire with us by telephone or e-mail.
